Booking Conditions

Valid From 1st January 2018

Deposit

A non returnable deposit of 10% of the total cost of the tour is required on booking. The balance is due 12 weeks before the start of the tour. Payment can be made by bank transfer, cheque or credit or debit card.

Itinerary Variations

Our tours are planned in advance. We continuously strive to improve each itinerary and all the features of the tour. If conditions beyond our control necessitate changes, we reserve the right to vary itineraries and to substitute the best alternatives available. In such instances, itinerary adjustments and substitutions are made to minimize inconvenience.

Not included

The tour price does not include personal items such as additional food or drink orders, room service, valet or laundry service, meals not listed as included, telephone charges or tipping for personal services not shown as part of the tours included features. Transportation to and from the starting point of the tours is also not included. We do not supply any form of travel insurance and recommend that this is taken out by the individuals.

Unless otherwise advised, by individual guests, we may use group photographs in our marketing and on our website.

Responsibility

Whitecroft Traditional Tours Ltd acts only as an agent for all suppliers of services offered on it's tours and does so upon express condition and agreement that it shall not be liable for any injury, loss, damage, accident, delay, irregularity or expense arising from strikes, war, weather, sickness, government restrictions or regulations from any act of omission of any individual company supplying transportation, sightseeing, hotel accommodation or any service in connection with such travel plan, or from any other cause whatsoever in connection herewith.

Cancellation

In the event of cancellation, the following charges apply -

£100 per person, if notice is received, in writing, at our office 12 weeks or more prior to departure

£200 per person, if notice is received, in writing, at our office 6 weeks or more prior to departure

50% of the tour price, if notice is received, in writing, at our office up to 28 days prior to departure

75% of the tour price, if notice is received, in writing, at our office up to 14 days prior to departure

In the event of cancellation by Whitecroft Traditional Tours Ltd, all payments received will be refunded
